Instagramers Worth The Follow
I believe what you fill your mind and your minutes with shapes how you feel, how you think, and how you respond to the world around you. Every scroll, stream, scent, and sound leaves a trace—and over time, those traces either lift you or deplete you. That’s why I’m sharing a list of curated Instagram accounts to help flood your brain with the good stuff: real information to help you make informed choices and improve your health. Shift the mental inputs that shape your mood and mindset—because when you change what you consume, you change how you show up.
Product Recommendations
All products listed here are tried and true in my own home (except the reverse osmosis system- that's still a dream purchase).

Electrolytes
A lot of electrolytes have sugars (look for words ending in -ose) or "natural flavors" which are derived from natural foods but are chemically altered and companies aren't required to list those chemicals on the packaging. Other electrolytes have a high sodium content and, while I'm very pro-sodium, I'm looking for something more balanced and subtle. These are the electrolytes I keep in my home.
Water Filtration
Better than the steel drum I had setting next to my sink the last few years, this pitcher filter is amazing. It's refillable filtering granules are the lowest waste solution I've ever had. I still dream of a reverse osmosis system, but the pitcher is perfect for now.
Air Purifier
I cook a lot in my home and that sometimes mean strong smells. I keep my air purifier on at all times, but I'm most grateful for it when I accidentally burn something. It cycles the air in my home in less than an hour. And the filters are super easy to replace.
Cooking
I do my best to avoid corn and corn-based foods, so when I need a sauce thickener or am making a roux, I use potato starch instead of cornstarch. My gut is grateful!
